台湾地区大学图书馆志工制度调查与分析

采用网页调查的方式收集整理我国台湾地区36所大学图书馆的志工制度。通过对这36所大学图书馆志工制度的具体内容的分析发现,台湾地区大学图书馆志工制度较为完善和成熟,在志工的招募和培训、志工工作内容、志工工作时间、志工考核和评价以及志工奖励方式等几个方面有比较突出的特点。目前我国大陆地区图书馆志愿者管理中存在一些问题,可以参考和借鉴台湾地区大学图书馆志工制度的成功经验。
