任何事物都有其自身的发展规律,更何况作为一门学科研究而存在的图书馆。能够自为的发展环境是图书馆的期望,也是图书馆能够发展的希望。面对评估是机遇还是挑战、图书采购实行招标是节约还是浪费、业务外包是权宜之计还是核心业务的客观需要等不断层出的关乎图书馆发展的各种小环境,高校图书馆需要全面分析、冷静思考、权衡对待,争取更多的自为发展环境。
