地方高校图书馆文献采访的现状及对策

在高等教育改革、专业整合、学科调整与建设的形势下,地方高校图书馆文献采访工作和藏书发展质量面临诸多不利因素:馆藏发展规划不明确,出版文献良莠不齐,采访工作难度增大,采访方式单一,采访人员素质有待提高。地方高校图书馆应明确馆藏建设重点和方向,制定馆藏发展目标和采访工作规划,多渠道购书,建立专家选书和采访馆员选书相结合的采访机制和读者推荐机制,提高采访人员的综合素质,做好文献采访工作。
