Small Reservoir Engineering Management Problems and Improvement Measures in Mountainous Area

小型水库在山区县的农业生产、农村经济的可持续性发展中起着举足轻重的作用,然而该县的小型水库均建设于上世纪的五六十年代,由于当时社会环境的影响,全县小型水库在管理上存在着一定的问题,对此展开探讨并提出解决问题的措施。

Small reservoirs play pivotal roles in county's agricultural production and rural economy's sustainable de-velopment in mountainous area.However,the small reservoirs in Xinfeng County were all constructed in the fiftieth to sixtieth in last century.As a result of that time social environment's influence,there existed problems in small reser-voir management in the whole county.This article launches discussions on these problems and proposed solutions to them.
