通过相关文献资料的收集及各水利行业部门意见的征集,对流域洪水的风险分析与预测进行概括总结,并对当前国内与国际上较为常用的"洪水风险图"预测洪水方法进行简要论述,供今后的研究工作参考。

This paper summarizes the risk analysis and risk forecast for basin flood by collecting relevant literature and views from water conservancy department,and further introduces one of the commonly used methods home and abroad in the prediction against flood--"Flood Risk Map",as reference for future research.
