改革开放30年湖北基础科研论文产出与引用分析

Analysis on the Publication and Citation of Hubei Scientific Articles (1978～2007)

本文利用SCI(科学引文索引)统计分析了湖北改革开放30年来基础科学研究论文的发表与引用情况。结果表明全省发表论文数量增长很快,基础研究发展潜力大,但产出的高水平高影响力成果还不尽如人意。作者认为进一步提高研究水平、提高论文质量是今后研究工作的重点所在,并就此提出了建议。

Based on SCI database,the paper analysis the publication and citation status of Hubei scientific article during the 30 years of reform and opening in China. The result indicates that the number of articles included in SCI have increased quickly and the research potential on basic research are delightful,but the quality of publications need to be improved,which should be the point of future research work.. Some suggestions are put forward here.
