Non-governmental Organizations and Crisis Management in China

作为介于政府与市场之外的第三部门,非政府组织无论是从理论上还是从现实来看都具备参与危机事件管理的可行性。经过2008年的西藏3·14事件、4月28日胶济铁路重大事故、安徽阜阳手口足病、5·12汶川特大地震等危机的"检验"后,非政府组织在发挥重大作用的同时也暴露出一定的问题,对此应认真分析并有针对性地提出解决问题的策略。

Being the third sector outside the government and the market,the non-governmental organizations have the possibilities of taking part in the crisis management from the theoretical and practical perspectives.After the incident of Tibet on March 14,2008,the railway accident of Jiaoji on April 28,the hand,foot and mouth disease in Fuyang,Anhui and the great earthquake on May 12 in Wenchuan,the NGOs have played a major role in these tests and at the same time revealed certain problems.This paper makes an earnes...
