摘要
模拟审判教学法的教学目的明确,在条件保障足够和组织实施得力的情况下,模拟审判教学法的教学效果非常明显。但模拟审判教学法也存在一些问题,因此有必要正确看待模拟审判教学法的作用,并通过采取认真组织实施模拟审判、将观摩审判常态化、加强模拟法庭的建设等措施来对其加以完善。
The purpose of teaching the method of simulated trial is clear and definite.When teaching is in good condition and well organized,the teaching effect is very obvious.However,this method has some shortcomings.Therefore,we should look on its role correctly and perfect this method through the ways of simulated trial,normalizing the viewing practice,strengthening the relative infrastructure and so on.
