在当代中国,政府机构的信息公开具有责任性、义务性和时代必然性。文章从信息公开的必然性出发,并基于政府机构信息公开的内容与现状,提出了一系列促进政府机构信息公开的措施,即立法、意识信念、基础建设和监督机制等四个方面。

Carrying out the freedom of the government information is not only the trend of times,but the inevitable requirement of modern society to the government. Based on the necessity,the paper gives objective estimation of Chinese government information freedom and offers measures to promote and perform the situation.
