摘要
目的分析门诊头晕患者的病因分布特点。方法回顾性分析我院神经内科头晕门诊2005年4月～2009年1月间3270例连续头晕患者的登记资料,总结患者人口学特征和常见病因。结果女性多见,男女比为1∶1.83;51～60岁年龄段发病最多,占29.3%;精神性因素和良性阵发性位置性眩晕在所有病因中最常见,分别占35.8%和28.62%。结论头晕具有多种病因,病史收集是最重要的诊断前提,应加强对精神性因素的认识。
Objective To analyze the futures of the etiological distribution among patients with dizziness.Methods From April 2005 to January 2009,3270 consecutive outpatients with dizziness from Shanghai Renji Hospital Dizziness Clinic were registered. The characteristics of dizziness and common etiologies were analyzed.Results In 3270 outpatients with dizziness or vertigo,the male to female ratio was 1:1.83.
