摘要
目的提取葛根中多糖并研究葛根多糖对氧自由基的清除作用。方法用水煮醇沉法提取葛根多糖,采用改良Sevag法脱游离蛋白,用蒽酮-硫酸脱水并显色,以葡萄糖作对照品,在620 nm处测吸收度,在320 nm处测定多糖对邻苯三酚自氧化产生的氧自由基的清除率。结果葛根中多糖的含量为0.588 5%,平均回收率为105%,对氧自由基具有清除率为33.07%。结论葛根多糖对自由基有清除作用,本方法提取葛根中多糖简便、快速、准确、重现性好,结果满意。
Objective To abstract polyose from radices puerarire and investigated its removal function to oxygen free radicals.Methods Polyose was abstracted by precipitated alcohol,improved sevag method was adopted to remove proteins,anthrone colorimetry was used to remove water and the color was developed,compared with glucose,the absorption level was measured in the point of 620 nm,and the scavenging ratio of Polysaccharide on oxygen free radicals with Pyrogallol Autoxidation was measured in the point of 320 nm.Resu...
