摘要
目的通过对不同产地黄芪中总皂苷含量的比较分析,为新型治疗药物及保健品研制的选材提供科学参考和依据。方法以黄芪甲苷为对照,利用紫外分光光度法测定不同产地黄芪的总皂苷含量。结果不同产地黄芪的总皂苷含量(mg/g)为,山西:3.307;内蒙古:2.386;吉林:2.327;河北:2.098;青海:1.372;陕西:1.183;甘肃:1.013。结论各地黄中总皂苷含量由多到少依次为山西、内蒙古、吉林、河北、青海、陕西、甘肃。
Objective To determine the total contents of astragaloside in astragalus grown in different areas.Methods Compared to Astragaloside Ⅳ,total contents of astragaloside in astragalus grown in different areas were measured by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.Results Contents of total astragaloside(unit:mg/g) were,Neimenggu:2.386;Shanxi:3.307;Hebei:2.098;Shanxi:1.183;Jilin:2.327;Gansu:1.013;Qinghai:1.372.Conclusion The total content of astragaloside in astragalus grown in different areas could be ranked as follows:...
