摘要
目的探讨抗生素阿洛西林钠序贯疗法在急性下呼吸道感染患者中的合理应用,综合评价分析其临床疗效与经济学效果。方法采用随机对照临床干预研究设计和药物经济学中的最小成本分析法,对急性下呼吸道感染患者采用2种治疗方案:阿洛西林钠静脉-阿莫西林口服序贯治疗、阿洛西林钠连续静脉治疗,通过两组患者临床症状、治愈率、住院治疗时间及医疗费用的对比,对两种治疗方案进行药物经济学评价。结果序贯组和连续静脉组有效率分别为82.1%和85.7%,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。序贯组总成本为960.34元,连续静脉组总成本为1 246.94元,并且序贯组的成本-效果(C/E)比值小于连续静脉组。结论阿洛西林钠序贯疗法与单纯静脉滴注相比临床疗效相同,但序贯疗法平均住院费用明显低于静脉组,是下呼吸道感染安全、经济、合理的治疗方案。
