康复新液联合奥美拉唑三联疗法治疗消化性溃疡45例

Efficacy of Kangfuxin Liquid Plus omeprazole-based triple therapy regimens in treatment of 45 patients with Peptic Ulcer

目的探讨康复新液联合奥美拉唑三联疗法治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法90例消化性溃疡患者随机分为两组,均给予口服奥美拉唑20 mg,克拉霉素0.25 g,甲硝唑0.4 g,2次/d,治疗7 d。治疗组加服康复新液10 ml,3次/d,疗程4周;对照组加服铝镁加混悬液1.5 g,3次/d,疗程4周。治疗期间以腹痛作为判断症状改善的指标,疗程结束后复查胃镜观察溃疡愈合情况。结果治疗组临床症状改善及溃疡病灶愈合明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康复新液联合奥美拉唑三联疗法可有效治疗消化性溃疡。

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of Kangfuxin Liquid Plus omeprazole-based triple therapy regimens in treatment of patients with Peptic Ulcer.Methods 90 cases were chosen who are diagnosed by gastrointestinal endoscopy to be ulcer patients and divided randomly into two groups.Both the two groups were given omeprazole 20 mg,po,clarithromycin 0.25 g,po,metronidazole 0.4 g,po,bid,for continuous 7 days.The treatment group was given Kangfuxin Liquid 10 ml,po,tid,continued for 4 weeks.The control group ...
