摘要
目的建立比色法测定野菊花中总黄酮含量的方法。方法以芦丁为对照品,采用NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH显色,在508 nm波长处比色法测定不同显色条件下野菊花中总黄酮的吸光度。结果比色法测定的最佳条件:5%NaNO2-5%Al(NO3)3-4%NaOH;总黄酮的含量为2.29%,平均回收率为102.8%,RSD=2.60%。结论本方法稳定、准确,重复性好,灵敏度高,是用于比色法测定野菊花中总黄酮含量切实可行的方法。
Objective To establish the way of determining flavonoids content in Chrysanthemum indicum L.by colorimetry.Methods Compared with rutin,content of total flavonoids was determined in the 508 nm wavelength by colorimetry and NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH was adopted to develope color.Results The optimal condition for determining by colorimetry was as follows:5% NaNO2-5% Al(NO3)3-4% NaOH;content of total flavonoids was 2.29%,the average recovery was 102.8%,RSD was 2.60%.Conclusion The method was stable,accurate,reproduci...
