加强农村少先队辅导员队伍建设 促进农村少先队工作——浙江省农村学校少先队工作现状调研

Strengthen the Construction of Young Pioneers Counselor Team and Improve Rural Young Pioneers Work in Rural Areas——Investigation on Young Pioneers Work in Schools in Rural Areas of Zhejiang Province

调查显示,浙江农村学校少先队组织建设不健全;少先队活动缺少阵地;少先队辅导员工作热情高,但缺乏专业知识和技能。要促进农村少先队工作开展,在整合各种教育资源,优化少先队辅导员结构的同时,还要加强辅导员专业学习,提高辅导员少先队组织意识,拓展各种少先队活动阵地,为少先队开展活动搭建平台。

From the survey,we discover the inadequate organization of Young Pioneers in rural areas,lack of places for Young Pioneers activities and lack of professional and skillful Young Pioneers Counselors though with high work enthusiasm.To promote Young Pioneers work in rural areas,we should integrate various educational resources,optimize the structure of the Young Pioneers counselors,at the same time,we should strengthen the professional learning of counselors,enhance counselors' awareness of the Young Pioneers...
