摘要
当前,高校辅导员队伍存在着结构不合理、队伍不稳定、能力有欠缺、机制待完善等问题。最根本原因在于高校辅导员队伍建设尚未实现职业化、专家化的目标。提高思想认识、明确职业标准、建立准入制度、实施培训、考核及晋升制度是实现高校辅导员队伍职业化、专家化的主要途径。
At present,counselors in university have problems of irrational structure,instability ranks,lack of ability,imperfect mechanisms and so on.The most fundamental reason is that construction of counselors ranks has not yet achieved the aim of professionalization and expert-oriented.To achieve the aim,the principal ways are enhancement of understanding,clear professional standards,establishing access to the system,implementation of training,assessment and promotion system,and so on.
