摘要
西方领导理论的发展经历了特质理论、行为理论、权变理论、权力和影响理论、文化和象征理论等。当我们将西方的领导理论运用到实际中去时,要用质疑的眼光和发展的态度将西方的权变型领导理论和中国国情有机地结合起来,发展适合我国实际的领导理论。
The development of Western leadership theory experiences trait theory,behavioral theory,contingency theory,power and influence theory,cultural and symbolic theory and so on.When applying the Western leadership theory to practice,we should use questioning vision and development attitude to integrate organically Western contingency leadership theory and China's national conditions and develop leadership theory which adapt to China's actuality.
