摘要
利用X射线荧光光谱仪测定转炉渣中的TFe、SiO_2、CaO、MgO、MnO、P_2O_5、Al_2O_3等主要化学成份的含量。采用自制标样绘制工作曲线,利用光谱干扰校正系数和基本效应校正系数消除光谱干扰和基体效应。实验表明:该方法简便快速、有良好的精密度和准确度,所得结果与湿法化学分析结果一致。
The method for determination of major elements in converter slag by XRF is reported. A calibration curve was made of the madeself reference material, spectral interfercnce correction coefficient and matrix effects correction coefficient are used to eliminate spectral interference and matrix effects. The method is simple and quick, high precision and good accruacy were obtained, and the results are comparable to those obtained by wet chemical method.
