纵观改革开放以来高考民族倾斜政策,其存在着必然性、合理性和有效性。在本文中,笔者试图基于政策文本视角对改革开放以来,高考民族倾斜政策的发展历程进行梳理和回顾并作了一些反思。

Taking a panoramic view of preferential policies for the minorities in college entrance examination since reform and opening up, the preferential policy has its own necessity, rationality and effectiveness. From perspective of the text of policies, the article tries to summarize and recall these preferential policies and make some introspection.
