教育公平视野中的社会考试改革

Public Examination Reform from the Perspective of Educational Equity

社会考试作为一种新型的考试形式,不仅对教育制度起到了重要的补充作用,而且在优化人力资源配置、规范职业能力标准等方面发挥了不可或缺的作用。目前,多元办考、重复设考等导致了社会考试无序竞争的局面,考试机构对考试项目的开发也滞后于岗位及职业能力的要求,这些都损害了教育公平的原则。本文从教育公平的视野,结合上海市教育考试院的工作实际,为社会考试的改革与发展提供有益的政策建议。

As a new form of examinations, public examination plays not only a complementary role in the educational system but also an indispensable role in the optimized distribution of human resources as well as in the regulation of standards of professional proficiency.
