在新课程背景下,要改变小学德育的现状,促进小学德育的改革与发展,必须提高德育课在整个小学课程体系中的地位、加强基础性德育内容的建设、运用生活化教育理念开展道德教育、实现德育评价的客观性和科学性、丰富课程资源,加强教师专业化队伍的建设等。

In the background of new curriculum,in order to change the status quo of moral education and promote its reform and development,it is necessary to promote moral courses in the whole primary curriculum system,improve the basic moral content,use the concept of life education for moral education,make the moral evaluation be objective and scientific,enrich curriculum resources and strengthen the specialized development of teachers.
