摘要
由于风速和风向变化具有随机性,随着风电容量在系统的中的比例越来越大,风电并网后引起的电压波动、畸变率和闪变对系统电能质量造成的影响也会越来越大。本文在考察了闪变计算公式中网络阻抗角数值大小的影响作用后,提出了一种闪变计算中阻抗角工程实用估算方法。通过10机39节点系统对该算法的验证,表明了该算法的有效性。
Because the variations of wind speed and direction are random, with more and more proportion of wind power in power system, the influence of electric energy quality caused by voltage fluctuation, distortion ratio and flickering become more and more bigger.
