摘要
本文对玻璃制品钻孔与磨边加工自动化开展了研究,将可编程控制器(PLC)群控技术成功应用多工位玻璃自动加工机床,采用模糊PID控制方法,实现了玻璃制品加工的自适应自动控制,试验证明所设计的玻璃加工控制系统工作可靠,使用方便,自动化程度高。对玻璃制品加工技术的研究,必然能推动玻璃加工的自动化发展与硬脆材料的加工技术不断进步。
