摘要
针对絮凝剂生产中对物料的温度、压力、液位、流量及浓度等严格要求的特点,本文介绍了一种的新型智能电气控制方案,该方案由信号采集系统、电气控制系统及监控系统三部分组成。将现场采集到的信息通过光纤通信,利用上位机对采集到的数据进行实时监控、在线修正设定值以及现场故障类型判断等。实际运行中表明,不仅可以保障产品的质量,减少人为的操作失误,节省维修人力资源,还能够增强企业的技术和管理优势。
