摘要
针对目前我国人力资本现状,重点分析了世界银行《2007年世界发展报告:发展与下一代》,从发展经济学角度提出了人力资本投资趋势,以便更好地把握我国人力资本投资方向。
In view of the current status of human capital in China,the paper focuses on the analysis of the World Bank in ‘World Development Report 2007:Development and the Next Generation’and puts forward human capital trends in the investment from the perspective of development economics in order to grasp better the human capital direction in investment.
