This article introduces the reasons for the heating surface fret in circulating fluidized bed boiler,and analyzes the problems in adding the metal wearing strips or nonmetal wears.It points out that the supersonic arc spraying technology would prevent the serious fret of the pressure containing components of CFB boiler,and also would stop the frequently pipe breaks caused by the over heat in metal surface.
