摘要
随着变电站计算机、通信设备、控制系统等信息系统的广泛应用,提出变电站应采用等电位连接,不应该再要求接地网的接地工频电阻值一律小于或等于0.5Ω;在防雷接地计算中,不能把工频接地电阻等同于冲击接地电阻。
With the application of computers, communication equipment, control system and so on, equal electric potential connection should be employed in the design of the power substation so that frequency resistance isn't always required to be less than or equal to 0.5 Ω. and industrial frequency earth-resistance isn't synonymous with impulse earth-resistance in lightning protection earth calculation.
