摘要
对高炉碱金属行为进行实际调查和理论分析,高炉中的碱金属主要靠铁矿石和焦炭带入。碱金属在高炉内的循环富集,给高炉带来一系列不利影响。结合八钢高炉的实际生产情况,提出高炉防范碱害的措施。
Through the practical investigation and the theoretical analysis on the behavior of alkali metals in blast furnace, it shows that the alkali metals are brought in theblast furnace by the iron ore and the coke.The alkali metalsare circulated and accumulated constantly in the blast furnace,producing a lot of adverse influence on the blast furnace.With the practical data of BA Steel,the suggestion to prevent the harmful effects of alkali metals are proposed.
