摘要
分析了影响钝化镁粉在铁水预处理中利用率的各种因素,通过现场实践数据确定了适合八钢生产条件的基本脱硫参数。通过优化脱硫工艺,提高钝化镁粉的利用率,为八钢铁水预处理应用中深脱硫的研究打下基础。
Analysis of converter smelting of high-carbon steel under the conditions of the main factors affect dephosphorization.Summing up the practice through on-site data to determine suitable conditions for the eight steel production parameters of the basic desulfurization.Optimization of the desulfurization process,to improve the utilization rate of the passivation magnesium powder,the effective cost savings.Ba steel deep water pretreatment applications of the research lay the foundation for desulfurization.
