摘要
当前的脉像检测方法中,脉像传感器的设计与脉像信息分析方法两方面关键技术尚未能实现根本的突破。由于人体的循环系统是由动脉和静脉两大系统构成,桡动脉波能够比较直接地反映左心系统的状况,对其研究比较深入,而右心系统的检测常常为人们所忽视。当前单靠桡动脉脉像的检测很难诊断如"双高型"高血压等一些系统性、关联性疾病。该文围绕人体右心系统,针对右三脉球静脉波进行了较深入地分析,归纳了四个重要特征参数,同时采用了逐波分段归一化方法,采用高斯函数进行了静脉波拟合,取得了预期的效果,从而为静脉波的深入研究提供了一种思路。
