摘要
该文介绍一种利用频率合成波形发生技术、通过单片机结合FPGA器件设计的两路相位差可调的程控低频正弦波信号发生器,输出正弦波频率分辨率0.1Hz,两路相位差分辨率0.1°,输出波形失真小、频率精度高、稳定性好,该电路设计新颖、集成度高,可作为基准信号源模块用于电能表校验等高精度系统中。
This paper introduces a two-channel sine wave supply based on digital wave syntheses and designed by MCU and FPGA.The output frequency and phase-difference of the two-channel can be programmed separately with 0.1Hz and 0.1? resolution.The circuit has the functions of high frequency precision and stability and low wave distortion which can be used as a standard wave supply in high precision system such as electric power meter calibrating.
