摘要
分析了扩招给高等学校发展带来的发展机遇。并结合西安工业学院实际对如何在高校中转变观念 ,强化国际意识、素质意识、改革意识进行了讨论。提出了依靠骨干教师。
This paper analyzes the opportunities for higher educational institutions brought by extended enrollment.With practical cases, discusses how to change old ideas; strengthen international, quality and reform consciousness; and puts forwards particular steps and objects about basic teaching construction-depending on core teachers and emphasizing core courses.
