“振兴民族的希望在教育 ,振兴教育的希望在教师。”教师是学校教育的关键所在。教师不仅在对学生传授知识 ,更是在塑造人格。一个优秀的教师 ,除了具备丰富的专业知识、精湛的教学技能外 ,更应拥有健全的人格和健康的心灵。因为只有心理健康的教师才更能通过教学 。
The hope of strengthening Chinese people lies in education and the hope of education lies in teachers. Teachers are the key elements in school education. Besides the profound professional knowledge and super teaching skills, an outstanding teacher must have perfect personality and mental health, for only teachers with mental health can train health students.
