With the rapid development of science and technology, computer, multimedia and network technologies are becoming increasingly essential methods of modern education. The paper gives a brief introduction of the history of CALL and mainly illustrates the Internet tools and resources, their relationship with CALL and how to employ some of them to promote TESL.
