On Technology Justice

技术正义问题就是对技术之于人类生存发展的一种价值追问。技术不只是一种手段或工具体系 ,它不是中性的 ,而是负载着价值。正义的技术 ,是指符合自然规律 ,符合人性要求 ,以人而非经济价值为核心的新型技术。政府应发挥主导作用 ,通过立法 ,保障技术开发、应用和发展的正义性。科技工作者也应提升美德 。

Technology justice is a close question on values functioned by technology. Technology is not merely regarded as a means or instrument system, nor neutral It itself bears value. The technology of justice follows the natural principle, meets the needs of human nature, and it is a newly developed technique cored with man instead of economic value. It's advisable for the government to take the leading role by means of legislation to ensure the justice of technique development, application and progress. Moreover, technical workers are supposed to improve virtues and take the related responsibility.
