新世纪教师应强化的几个教育观念

Educational Ideas that Should Be Strengthened for Teachers in the New Century

面对新世纪世界经济一体化进程加快、中国改革开放进一步深化 ,教师必须强化面向现代化、面向世界、面向未来的教育观念 ,打破传统封闭的教育思想 ,培养适应时代的一代新人 ;强化以学生为中心、以人为本的教育观念 ,以开放的教育思想 ,培养多层次的充满活力的创新性人才。教师要自强不息、终生学习、与时俱进 ,不断完善自我 。

Facing the acceleration of the economic integration in the new century and the deepening of Chinese reform and opening up, teachers must strengthen their educational ideas to face modernization, face the whole world and face the future; break the conventional ideas and train talents to adapt to the new era. They should cultivate innovative talents with open educational thinking and with student centered ideas. Teachers must work hard, keep life long study, improve themselves, and promote educational reform.
