摘要
根据班都拉的动机理论和自我效能感理论 ,结合大学生心理特征 ,分析其精神需要 ,提出外语教学中对教师的要求、具体的操作模式以及外语课堂组织原则、课堂教学方法。强调外语教学中通过满足学生精神需要提高自我效能感 ,加之科学的强化行为 。
According to Albert Bandera's theory of motivation and perceived self efficiency, the article analyses college students' psychological features and spiritual needs, proposes requirements for teachers as well as classroom organizing principles and teaching methods for foreign languages. It emphasizes on improving students' perceived self efficiency by meeting their spiritual needs together with scientific strengthening methods to reach the goal of competence education and getting good marks in examinations.
