摘要
通过对我国现行的高等教育管理理念进行深层次剖析 ,在对高校教育管理目的的深刻理解下 ,对现行某些落后的或不符合时代和社会发展的教育管理理念进行了探讨 ,并以批判和继承的态度大胆扬弃 。
This paper makes an insight analysis on the current conceptions of educational management in institutions of higher learning in China against the objectives of educational management; it also discusses some conceptions of educational management that falls behind of, or, fails to meet the requirements of social development. The paper puts forward a series of new conceptions of educational management pursuant to the laws of social development.
