摘要
随着社会主义市场经济改革的推进和深化 ,高校培养人才的目标定位在培养创新人才上 ,而良好的个性塑造是实现创新人才的重要标志。通过对大学生个性塑造的现状的分析与研究 ,提出了大学生个性塑造的目标、措施。努力将学生培养成为思想素质高、基础知识扎实、创新能力强、个性鲜明的现代人。
With the advancement and deepening of market economy reform, institutions of higher learning aim at training creative talents marked by good personalities. By analyzing the current conditions of personality development, the authors proposed the objectives and measures for college students to develop good personalities.
