摘要
大规模淤地坝建设是一项非常浩大和复杂的工程,为科学合理地规划、设计和建设淤地坝,保证其安全运行和工程效益的发挥,避免和解决过去淤地坝建设中存在的一些问题,本文提出了新时期在黄土高原建设生态型、节水型和可持续发展型淤地坝的技术思想,就坝系相对稳定、淤地坝洪水设计标准和不达标淤地坝的处理标准、淤地坝随淤随用、提高竖井排洪能力、岸边溢洪道、土坝过水和水坠坝的快速施工等技术问题进行了探讨,并提出了具体的技术措施。
In this paper, the authors put forward a technical idea about applying checkdams of ecotype, water saving type and for sustainable development in the Loess Plateau in the modern time. In order to plan, design and construct checkdams scientifically and reasonably, aiming at ensuring safe operation and benefits exploitation of projects and solving some problems happened in the past checkdams construction, investigations were made on the following technical issues: relative stability of checkdam system, flood protection standards, treatment of existing checkdams below design standard, silted land utilization in the process of siltation, increasing flood passage capacity of vertical shafts, side spillway and earth dam overtopping problems, fast construction of sluicingsiltation earth dam etc. Proposals ware also made on some detailed technical measures.
