耳内镜在二期听骨探查及听力重建手术中的应用

Application of otoendoscopy in second - stage exploratory operation of ossicular chain for reconstruction of hearing

目的 探讨耳内镜在中耳二期听骨探查及听力重建手术中实用性和优越性;方法 对3例慢性化脓性中耳炎和1例耳硬化症术后听力仍未改善的患者在耳内镜下进行中耳探查并听骨链重建手术;结果 4例患者手术后三个月复查听力0.5、1、2KHz平均气骨导差缩小至10-20dB;结论 耳内镜二期听骨探查及听力重建技术是可行的,具有创伤性小、费用低、患者易于接受等优越性。

objective: To explore the practicability and superiority of otoendoscopy in second - stage exploratory operation of ossicu-lar chain for hearing reconstruction. Methods: Exploratory operation of middle ear and reconstruction of ossicular chain were applied to treat 3 cases of chronic suppurative otitis media and one case of otosclerosis whose hearing didn' t improve after first -stage operation. Results: After 3 months, the air- bone gap in all cases was improved for 10 - 20 dB at 0.5, 1 and 2 KHz. Conclusion: The application of otoendoscopy in second - stage exploratory operation of ossicular chain and reconstruction of hearing is an acceptable, minimally invaded and cheap method.]
