摘要 目的 应用记忆合金特性 ,设计并测试数种椎体撑开器 ,来探索治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的可能性。方法 采用记忆合金的线材、板材、棒材 ,设计并加工出 5种椎体撑开器 ,并进行相关测试 ,记录结果。结果 线材螺旋型撑开器能够提供平均 2 0 0N以上撑开力 ,其他类型撑开器力量不足或形变恢复不良。结论 应用记忆合金特性设计并治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折有一定可行性、合理性。仍需进一步改进设计和更多的测试。 Objective To design vertebral springs made of shape memory alloy in order to explore the possibility of treating osteoporotic vertebral compressive fracture. Methods Five kinds of vertebral springs had been designed and processed by using various wires, plates and sticks of shape memory alloy. The efficiency had been tested and recorded. Results The wiremade spiral spring can provide over 200N supporting power, however, other materialmade and designed springs seem to be lack of strength and the resumption of deformation was bad. Conclusion It is feasible and rational to use shape memory alloy springs, which are specially designed and made of special material, to treat osteoporotic vertebral compressive fracture. However, the designing should be improved with more tests.
