摘要
目的:根据低体重受检者(主要是儿童)的体重对CT曝光参数进行优化设置,以减少患者辐射剂量。方法:对220名低体重患者按不同部位、体重,以逐次接近法求取最优化曝光参数。结果:依据不同体重和不同扫描部位得到CT曝光参数优化设置表。结论:低体重患者CT曝光参数的调整是必要的,以体重为依据进行曝光量设置是可行的。
Objective: To study the optimized settings of CT exposing parameters on basis of patient's weight. Methods : Reaching - gradually method was used in 220 Low - weight patients to get the optimized parameters according to their different parts and weight. Results: The optimized parameter chart was accomplished. Conclusin: Optimizing the exposing parameters for Low-weight patient's CT scanning is necessary and feasible on basis of patient's weight.
