我国下岗工人体育态度和体育行为透视与分析

Examination and Analysis on Lay-off Workers’ Attitude Towards Physical Training and Their Physical Training Mode

采用文献资料检索,问卷调查和数理统计等研究方法,对我国下岗工人体育态度和体育行为现状进行分析研究。结果表明:我国下岗工人体育态度良好,认知明确,有较高的参与体育活动的行为意向,且体育需求呈多元性发展趋势;我国下岗工人体育人口明显低于国家体育人口比率,体育行为严重缺乏个性,且项目单一,我国下岗工人体育态度与体育行为反差显著,针对研究结果提出了有关对策和建议。

Research and analysis have been done on lay-off workers’ attitude towards physical training and their physical training mode by means of index to literature, questionnaire and statistical data. The result shows that lay-off workers in our country have proper attitude and awareness towards physical training and high inclination in the participation of it. The demand for physical training tends to spiral in an all-round way. However, the percentage of lay-off workers who participate in physical training in our country is obviously much lower than that of the total population that participates in physical training. Moreover, their participating inclination lacks individuality and variety in physical training items. There exists a sharp distinction between the lay-off workers’ attitude towards physical training and their physical training mode. Therefore some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in terms of the result of the research.
