摘要
毕业生择业自主权的获得和就业市场的形成是学生违约必须具备的条件,人力资本投资收益、就业制度安排、未来预期是毕业生就业违约的主要原因,加强就业制度建设、加强就业指导服务、加大违约成本可以减少学生违约的发生。
The attainment of the right to choose job and the formation of the employment market is the prerequisite for students to breach their employment contracts. The returns on human capital investment, the employment system arrangements, and the expectation for the future are the main causes for this. Reinforcing the employment system construction, improving the guide and service for students, and increasing the cost of breach will help to reduce the incidence of breaching employment contracts.
