摘要
素质教育呼唤高素质的教师队伍。崇高的使命要求教师必须具有符合时代、社会发展所需要的综合内在素质。本文着重阐述两个问题,一是从理想、人品、治学、情操四个方面分析教师的内在素质。二是论述教师人格魅力的强大教育功能以及这种教育作用的潜在性、深远性、崇高性的特征。并以切身感受,显示了教师人格对学生成长所产生的刻骨铭心的影响。
Quality education calls for high quality teachers. The solemn mission of teachers requires them to possessgeneral inner qualities that meet the needs of the development of the era and the society. This paper first analyses thequality of the teacher from four aspects:ideal, personality, doing scholarly research and sentiment. And then analysesthe powerful educational function of the teacher's personality charm,its potential profoundness and characteristics. Thispaper uses vivid personal educational experience to illustrate the argument.
