严重创伤后并发急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者血浆内毒素、细胞因子的变化

The changes of endotoxin,cytokines in patients with ARDS after severe injury

目的观察血浆内毒素和细胞因子在严重创伤后合并ABDS病人的变化。方法选择25例严重创伤ISS评分大于16分病人,分为两组,第一组未合并ARDS;第二组合并ARDS;以及对照组,两组分别在损伤后第1、3、5、7天测定ETX、L-1β、IL-6、TNFα。结果严重创伤合并ARDS病人组的血浆ETX和细胞因子水平高于未合并ARDS组(P<0.05);ETX和细胞因子与ISS评分正相关,血浆ETX 水平与L-1β、IL-6、TNFα正相关(P<0.05)。

Objective To observe the changes of endotoxin(ETX)cytokines in patients with ARDS after severe injury Methods To choose 25 severe injury cases whose ISS scores are no less than 16. Group Ⅰ:severe injury cases combined without ARDS,10cases; Group Ⅱ: severe injury cases combined with ARDS, 15 cases, after severe injury, and controlled group . ETX, L-1β, IL-6, TNF α of the two groups patients were detected on 1th、3th、5th、7th day after severe injury. Results The endotoxin、cytokines in plasma of severe injury cases combined with ARDS were higher than those combined not(P<0.05). There are positive correlations between the levels of endotoxin . cytokines in plasma and ISS Scores in severe injury cases(P<0.05);there are positive correlations between TNF-α, IL-1β IL-6 and endotoxin in the plasma of severe injury patients(P<0.05).
