梗阻性肾衰竭的护理

目的探讨急性上尿路梗阻肾衰竭的分期护理及健康教育经验。方法对2002年3月-2005年4月我科收治的78例急性上尿路梗阻肾衰竭患者的护理情况进行回顾性分析。结果78例患者护理效果满意,94.9%肾功能恢复出院,98%对本病有较系统的认识,其中有5例患者再次出现梗阻时能及时就诊,其余未发现再次梗阻。结论尽早解除梗阻是预防肾功能损害及多器官功能衰竭的最有效方法,而加强疾病知识宣教,传授健康观念使患者懂得及时就医的意义十分关键。

Conclusion it is an effective method to prevent kidney function damage and many organ function failure from obstruct to resume as soon as possible, it is very crucial that to strengthen the disease knowledge propaganda and education and professor health ideas make the patient understand the meaning of seeking medical help in time.
