摘要
目的探索β线单纯放射治疗对腋臭大汗腺的抑制与破坏程度,气味改善,以及它的量效关系。方法126例病人,应用西门子PRIMUS直线加速器,β线,6-9MeV,不同厚度生物等效膜,DT18-24GY,大分割(300-500cGY/f/d),垂直照射,备皮后腋毛外缘外0.5-1.0cm设野,设定剂量参考深度:0.75-1.0-1.5-2.0 cm。靶区DR约等于95-100%。结合适形电子线Pb模,进行放射治疗。结果(1)疗效:A汗腺抑制,出汗少占90%(113/126)B气味减轻改善为99%(124/126)C臭味消失占90%(113/ 126)。D无效:2%(2/126)(2)副反应:10局部皮肤急性放射性皮炎少见(小于10%),25%(32/126)的患者有局部皮肤轻度色素沉着。结论单纯β线放射治疗腋臭,临床研究认为可行、适用、有效。
objective To explore radiotherapy by pure β line for underarm odour and inhibition and destructive degree for big sweat gland, odour improvement between dose and effective. Methods 126 cases, SIEMENS-PRIMUS accelerator β line, 6-9MeV, different thickness for equivalent biomembrane , DT 18-24GY ,big fraction(300-500cGY/f/d) .vertical radiotherapy , reference dose deep:0.75-1.0-1.5-2.0 cm. Target's dose rate is about 95-100%, radiotherapy under Pb mould. Results (1)effect: A Sweat gland inhibited 90%(113/126) B Odour lighten 99%( 124/126) C Odour disappear 90%(113/126) D To no avail 2%(2/126) (2) Side effect: local acute radiodermatitis (I 0) is a little(<10%), 25%(32/126) cases have lightly local skin pigmentation. Conclusions Radiotherapy underarm odour by pure β line , clinical research evidence it be feasible, applicable、effective.
